ADMISSION AND TICKET COUNTERS
At the ticket counter you will find information in Italian and English about
- fares ok tickets, videoguides and audioguides;
- information and MIC Card rates;
- categories of those admitted with reduced or free admission;
- access conditions;
- notification of any inefficiencies.

ACCESSIBILITY
Although the historical context of the buildings might in certain situations not permit the total demolition of architectural structures, museums work to provide access to their historical and artistic heritage for the largest possible number of visitors.

CLOAKROOM
The wardrobe service is free of charge, included in the ticket price, and is self-managed.
For security reasons, the staff may ask you to leave large bags, backpacks, umbrellas and other dangerous objects in the wardrobe area.
Any objects left in the self-service wardrobe must be picked up before the museums close.

BUGGIES
It is admitted to use pushchairs inside the museums.

EDUCATIONAL AND GUIDED TOURS
A guided tour service is available in several languages, for a fee and by prior arrangement, with a choice of museum and/or exhibition route. For information and reservations: 060608 daily from 9.00 to 19.00

ROOM ASSISTANCE
The room assistants provide visitors with information about museum tours, services and events, also in English, and verify the respect of behavioural rules. At museum sites, permanent and direct control and control of the collections is guaranteed, also during exhibitions, concerts, conferences and other cultural activities.

BOOKSHOP
Museum guides are available in the different Museums at the sales point, usually the same location of the ticket counter. The main bookshops in the system offer an ad hoc set of publications dealing with archaeology, ancient art, modern art and art history in general, as well as contemporary languages, architecture and children's books in Italian and English. In particular, a specific series of publications has been prepared, with official popular guides, scientific catalogues and thematic notebooks with texts edited by the Sovrintendenza Capitolina, postcards and official stationery. Museum guides and catalogues can also be purchased online.
The bookshops also offer a selection of objects inspired by the Museums' collections.

CAFETERIA
The cafeteria service is available at the Musei Capitolini (Palazzo Caffarelli), at the Museo Carlo Bilotti (Casina del Lago, next to the museum) and at the Museo di Roma (entrance hall on Piazza Navona side).

SERVICE CHARTER
The document contains the main features, the description of the services offered by the Network, the list of the Museums with the main information (address, website, telephone, opening hours, ticket prices, services available at the museum, access for disabled people), the role of the Managing Company and the index matrix for the validation of the standards.

INSIDE THE MUSEUM IS FORBIDDEN:
- take photographs with a flash or tripod. In case of exhibitions it is not possible to take photographs;
- use video cameras;
- to enter with bulky bags or backpacks;
- enter with umbrellas;
- bring in pets, except for small dogs in carriers;
- eating and drinking;
- smoking.
